Katharyn Nelson

Katharyn Nelson serves as the Piano Coordinator at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music since August 2018, overseeing a piano studio and managing student recitals, festivals, and competitions while developing curriculum for young learners. Additionally, Katharyn has been freelancing as a Collaborative Pianist since September 2015, performing with music students and community members in various settings. Prior roles include Children's Choir Director and Choir Accompanist at First United Methodist Church from September 2014 to June 2018, along with experience as a Student Teaching Assistant and Music Tutor at Lawrence University. Katharyn holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Music in English and Piano Performance from Lawrence University, graduating in 2018.
