Jen Flogel

Jen Flogel serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Administrator for the Division of Personnel Management at the Wisconsin Department of Administration, providing HR leadership to over 20 state agencies and 30,000+ employees. With experience managing a $39M budget and overseeing all state human resources functions, Flogel leads more than 400 HR professionals. As a board member of the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds, Flogel influences policy and governance for employee benefits and insurance programs. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and NeuGen, along with extensive experience at CUNA Mutual Group and Ameriprise Financial. Flogel holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business.
