Michael Bowman

Michael Bowman, PE, CPC, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a project manager at the Wisconsin Department of Administration since March 2024, Michael oversees complex infrastructure and facilities projects from design through construction, providing technical support and maintaining design guidelines. Previously, Michael managed architectural and engineering projects at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from March 2018 to March 2024, with project budgets ranging from $5K to $100M. Prior roles include serving as an engineer and health facility surveyor at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and owning HBE Property Inspections, LLC. Michael's academic credentials include an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
