Leah Lechleiter-Luke

Leah Lechleiter-Luke, MA, has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Site Lead/Teacher for the CESA 5 Summer Migrant Education Program and as the Wisconsin State Coordinator for Educators Rising-Wisconsin. Leah has held the position of Board Member and Secretary for the Wisconsin Educational Communications Board, contributing to equitable access to educational media and telecommunications in Wisconsin. Prior roles include Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Spanish and English Teacher for the School District of Mauston, and various board memberships including the Wisconsin National and Community Service Board and Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance. Leah was recognized as the Wisconsin State Teacher of the Year and served as a Teaching Ambassador Fellow for the US Department of Education. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from Viterbo University and ongoing PhD candidacy in Education: Leadership, Policy, & Change at Walden University.
