Douglas Higbie

Douglas Higbie is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. Douglas also worked as a psychologist and clinical supervisor at various organizations such as Bell Therapy, Christian Counseling Services, and Children's Service Society of Wisconsin. With a PhD in Educational Psychology and a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling, Douglas has extensive experience in providing counseling, therapy, and clinical supervision to individuals with disabilities, children, adolescents, and adults over their career spanning several decades.
