Cara Fuller

Cara Fuller was named director — customer operations support in June 2015.

In this role, Fuller is responsible for gas and electric customer policies and pricing, the street and area lighting and farm and agriculture programs, work management systems and processes, occupational training, and operations performance metrics.

Fuller joined the company as a co-op engineer in 1985, and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of gas engineering, residential energy management, load management and business development. She has served as manager — customer strategies and operations support, supply chain procurement manager, gas operations manager and customer service manager.

Fuller earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University.

Fuller serves on the boards of Dominican High School and the Waukesha County Business Alliance, and is a campaign cabinet member of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County. She previously served on the boards of Holy Family Parish School, the National Association of Women in Construction and TEMPO/Envision.
