Lauren Styer's work experience includes various roles from 2010 to the present. Lauren started as a Customer Service Administrator/Assistant Logistics Manager at Sales Force NSW in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Betts Group Pty. Ltd. In 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad for a short period. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Penrith Personnel, first as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant and later as a Recruitment Para-Consultant/Resourcer. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at WISE Employment, initially as a Candidate Officer, then as an Employment Consultant, and currently as an Assistant Business Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Disability Support Worker at Macarthur Disability Services since 2017.

Lauren Styer has a diverse education history, including several programs at TAFE NSW and completing high school at Ingleburn High School. In 2004, they began their education journey at Ingleburn High School, where they completed their High School Certificate in 2009. Afterward, they pursued various courses at TAFE NSW. In 2011 and 2012, Lauren studied Human Resources Management, earning both a Certificate IV and a Diploma. In 2016, they expanded their knowledge by completing a Certificate IV in Disability at TAFE NSW. Additionally, in the same year, Lauren also obtained a Statement of Attainment in Mental Health from TAFE NSW.
