Jason Dean

Jason Dean, MBA has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and educational organizations. Jason most recently served as the Director of Digital Integration and Reporting at Wise Health System since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Business Intelligence and Decision Support at the same company from January 2016 to March 2023.

Before joining Wise Health System, Jason worked as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Foundation HealthCare from April 2015 to January 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Business Intelligence Programmer / Analyst / Project Manager at United Regional Health Care System from August 2010 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and maintaining various systems and creating meaningful quality reports and dashboards using multiple systems.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Technology Director at Frederick Public Schools from December 2007 to August 2010. In this role, they were in charge of all technology operations for the school district, including networking, server management, and computer systems.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in digital integration, business intelligence, project management, and technology planning. Jason holds an MBA degree.

Jason Dean, MBA, has a diverse education history. In 2023, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Cameron University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, and Mathematics. In 2000, they completed an Associate's degree in Applied Technology from Western Oklahoma State College. Moreover, in 1998, they received HVAC Certification from Great Plains Technology Center.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jason Dean has obtained several certifications. In July 2023, they earned the 1st Place Team certificate from Marketplace Simulations. In July 2022, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in November 2021, and earlier in September 2021, they acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution.
