Annika Joller

Annika Joller has extensive experience in product operations and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Global Product Operations Area Lead (Interim) at Wise since February 2019, Annika has progressed through various leadership roles within the company, contributing to the organization’s payment operations across regions. Prior to joining Wise, Annika worked as a Sales Manager at Radisson Blu, focusing on corporate sales and business development in the hospitality sector. Annika also held roles at My City Hotel, including Front Office Manager, where leadership of the front office team ensured high standards of guest service. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Service Design and Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Estonian School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
