Hollie Lubbock

Hollie Lubbock is an experienced design leader currently serving as Group Design Lead at Wise since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lubbock held positions as Design & Research Principal at ustwo and Design Director at Method, where Lubbock led teams on various product strategies and design initiatives. Notable projects include defining software propositions for the Canadian Pension Board, developing e-commerce strategies for Selfridges, and creating a health tech innovation hub for GSK. Lubbock has also contributed to the UX field as a mentor for UXPA UK and Google Launchpad, guiding emerging designers and start-ups. With a degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London, Lubbock has a strong foundation in creative design.
