Kasia Soriano

Kasia Soriano is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global HR operations and transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Services and Global Head of People Operations at Wise since January 2023, Kasia previously held the position of Head of HR Operations at IG from September 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading HR transformation, establishing a global HR shared service function, and managing data reporting and analytics. Kasia's career spans multiple organizations such as Knowledge Management Strategies, Unilever, BP, Vodafone, and ACS Business Process Solutions, focusing on project management, change management, and process optimization within HR functions.
