Giuliano Tortoreto

Giuliano Tortoreto is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and natural language processing, currently serving as the Manager of Machine Learning at WISEcode since December 2023. Previously, Giuliano held roles as Lead Research Scientist and Manager at VUI, Inc. and contributed as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer at the University of Trento, where the responsibilities included teaching and supervising courses in Language Understanding Systems and Human Machine Dialog. Giuliano's expertise was further demonstrated through work at the Signals & Interactive Systems Lab, focusing on data science and NLP, including projects related to psychological support tools and dialogue systems for the Amazon Alexa Prize. Giuliano holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Data Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Università di Trento.
