Jack Catherall is an accomplished Managing Director in Software Sales Talent at Wiser Elite since July 2015, specializing in recruitment for SDR, AE, CS, and Commercial Leadership roles, primarily for pre-IPO companies with significant VC investments. In addition to leading Wiser Elite, Jack founded The Elites in April 2021, which hosts awards events celebrating talent in the UK SaaS sales industry. As part of Wiser, Jack contributes to employer branding efforts that aim to transform workplace perceptions, and also serves as Managing Director for Wiser Digital, focusing on connecting tech talent with digitally-driven businesses. Prior experience includes managing graduate recruitment at GradEye and various sales consultancy roles at REED, EE, Swinton Insurance, and TalkTalk. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
