Cristina Sega is a seasoned recruiting specialist with a strong background in Software as a Service recruiting, currently working at WiseStamp since January 2024. With extensive experience as a recruiter at vcita since September 2021, Cristina facilitates a seamless hiring process and maintains an efficient recruiting workflow using Applicant Tracking Systems like Comeet and LinkedIn Recruiter. Prior to these roles, Cristina held various positions at Compass Group and Microsoft, including Client Services Manager within the Management Excellence Team, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing logistics for career development programs.
