Andrew Ruble

Andrew Ruble is an experienced professional in people analytics, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics at Wish since August 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as the Manager of People Analytics at The RealReal from April 2019 to August 2021 and led HR Analytics at Sitecore for most of 2018. Andrew's career also includes positions as an HR Project Manager at McKesson, a Senior HR Data Operations Specialist at NetSuite, and various contract roles focusing on HR and recruiting infrastructure from August 2011 to May 2014. Andrew holds a Master of Data Science from Eastern University, a Master of Public Administration with an HR emphasis from Notre Dame de Namur University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University.
