Chris Guglietti

Chris Guglietti has been working in the tech industry since 1999. In that time, they have held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. From 1999 to 2004, they were the Co-Founder and Software Architect at VacationCoach Inc, where they created a web-scale recommendations platform and API for B2B integrations. From 2004 to 2008, they were the Lead Engineer Framework Team at Jenzabar Inc, where they envisioned, designed, and developed a content level security module. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Principal Engineer Continuing Ed Solutions at Jenzabar, where they transitioned the product line from annual releases to weekly builds, moved the application to AWS cloud technologies, and created a message-driven architecture. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Senior Director - Continuing Ed Solutions at Jenzabar, where they decomposed order processing into microservices and split order processing into real-time request and async processing. Since 2019, they have been the Co-Founder & CTO at Wishroute, a human-powered, AI-enhanced, customer engagement platform (CEP). In this role, they have been involved in the strategy and product management work to achieve a market fit and created the technology to realize the potential.
