Ignacio Doncel has extensive work experience, beginning in 1994 with Bupa as an Area Sales Manager for Health and Life Insurance. In 1996, they were expatriated to the U.S. to lead Puratos' vertical integration strategy into direct distribution. From 2000 to 2006, they served as the Marketing Director for the Embassy of Spain in Washington, D.C. During this time, they represented Spain's economic development and international trade interests in the U.S. and advised Spain Trade Commissioner, as well as Spanish industry associations and CEOs. In 2006, they were a Visiting Professor in the Division of Continuing Education at the University of Miami. Finally, in 2015, they founded WishYoo and served on the Advisory Board. Ignacio designed, built, and launched a patented technology featuring the first social greeting card, achieving exponential user base growth in more than 90 countries worldwide. Ignacio also developed and commercialized the digital platform.
Ignacio Doncel obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University between 2000 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University between 1996 and 1998, as well as Majors in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from ESIC Business & Marketing School between 1996 and 1998.
