Cesar Garay has been working in the web UI development field since 2005. From 2005-2012, they worked as a Service Desk/Installer/PC Repair for Colsemur/Disca Computacion. From 2012-2015, they were a Web Developer for Sport78 and from 2015-2016 they were a Sr. Web UI Developer for AAJ Technologies. From 2016-2017 they were a Web UI Developer for WishYourPrice and from 2018-2021 they were a Sr. Web UI Developer for Kapsch TrafficCom AG. Currently, they are a Sr. Web UI Developer for Rockstar Coders.

Cesar Garay obtained a System Engineer degree from LAM Funes between 2010 and 2011. In March 2021, they also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Agile Software Development: Scrum for Developers, Building Web APIs with ASP.NET Core, and Learning Angular.
