Dhanesh KG

Dhanesh KG has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Dhanesh started their career as a Helpdesk Employee at Care Computer Solutions in 2006, where they were responsible for logging, categorizing, and resolving user calls.

In 2007, Dhanesh joined Banyan Infotech as a Web Developer. Their role involved designing, building, and maintaining websites and software applications. Dhanesh also worked on resolving conflicts, prioritizing needs, and developing content criteria in collaboration with teams.

From 2008 to 2015, Dhanesh worked as a Photographer at Dhanam Studio. During their tenure, they gained extensive experience in photography and visual storytelling.

In 2015, Dhanesh transitioned into the field of Human Resources, joining WiSilica as an HR Executive. Dhanesh later advanced to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they managed talent acquisition and recruitment for eight verticals. Additionally, they ensured compliance with ISO 27001 standards and performed statutory work related to PF, ESI, labor welfare, and HR processes.

Throughout their career, Dhanesh has consistently demonstrated adaptability and a strong work ethic in each of their roles.

Dhanesh KG has a diverse education history. Dhanesh started by obtaining a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Annamalai University. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Sree Narayana Guru College. Additionally, they obtained their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) from St. Paul's Matric and HR Sec School in Coimbatore. Later, Dhanesh KG decided to further their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Annamalai University.
