Mirell Põllumäe

Mirell Põllumäe has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2022. Mirell is currently the Head of Customer Success at Wisnio since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at Estonian Universities starting from October 2020. Mirell also served as a Board Member at NGO Loomise Maailm from May 2016 onward. Additionally, Mirell worked as a Marketing Manager at Süü Ää Mahenäksi Vabrik from October 2019. Mirell also worked at Weekdone as an OKR Coach and Product Trainer from January 2019 to April 2022, where they trained and coached business customers worldwide on OKR goal-setting and developed customer success processes. Mirell was also a Co-Founder & CEO at Skillcable from May 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they held multiple roles at aTalent Eesti, including Sales Team Lead from November 2018 to January 2019 and Account Manager from March 2018 to October 2018. Mirell's work experience also includes a Project Manager position at Eesti Leader Liit from May 2016 to May 2017, and an Adult Education Teacher role at NGO Tabora from January 2016 to March 2016.

Mirell Põllumäe pursued their education at Tallinn University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from 2013 to 2016. Later, they continued their studies at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from 2019 to 2021.
