Elizabeth Cui

Liz Cui's work experience began in 2012 as a Recruiter at HireTalent. Liz then joined Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate, Executive Search Consultant in 2014. Liz returned to HireTalent in 2014 and served as a Lead Recruiter until 2016. In 2016, they joined Dataminr where they held several roles, including Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Director of Talent Acquisition, and finally Director of People until 2022. Liz's current role is Head of Talent at withco, a position they have held since 2023.

Liz Cui completed their high school education at the American School Foundation of Mexico City in 2008, where they earned a Dual US/Mexico High School Diploma with a focus on International Baccalaureate (IB). Later, they attended Yale University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Liz completed their undergraduate studies at Yale in 2012.
