Matthew Mathis

Matthew Mathis has extensive experience in IT operations and process improvement, having worked in roles such as IT Operations & Process Improvement Manager at Witherite Law Group and Security Frameworks Manager at Ericsson. At Ericsson, Matthew defined and executed supply-chain security strategy, developed policies aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST 800-53, and managed third-party security risk. Matthew also founded Copper Castle, an IT systems design company, where Matthew scaled the business to $2MM AR and managed a team. In their role as Technical Supervisor at Home Theater Gallery, Matthew led the design, development, and deployment of IT and A/V systems for clients and optimized workflows to increase productivity.
