Joyce Joyce is a seasoned legal and tax professional with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Legal & Tax Manager at Withersworldwide since July 2017, Joyce plays a crucial role in providing legal advice on business structuring and operations in China. Prior to this, Joyce held leadership positions at A11 Consulting Co., Ltd as General Manager and at DLA Piper as Of Counsel/Senior Legal and Tax Manager, where responsibilities included advising multinational companies on taxation, labor disputes, and compliance issues. Joyce began their career in legal consulting with AIAL/Baker & McKenzie and AllBright Law Offices, focusing on foreign investment and regulatory matters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Law and Business from the University of Central Lancashire and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
