Richard Levine

Richard LeVine is a Counsel at Withers Bergman LLP with extensive experience in cross-border income, estate, and gift tax planning for ultra high net worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. Prior to joining Withers Bergman LLP, Richard was a Partner at D'Ancona & Pflaum, where Richard specialized in sophisticated tax planning for real estate development companies and their principals. Richard holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University.
