Steve W.

Steve W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steve is currently a Board Member and Strategic Advisor at Lupfe, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Within Inc. from October 2020, where they worked on staff augmentation and project management. Steve also worked as a Consultant for Digital Strategy and Change Management at the Federal Reserve System from August 2020 until August 2022. Steve was the Head of Change Management at Juul Labs from September 2019 to July 2020.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Steve had a successful career in the United States Air Force. Steve served as a Captain and Air Force Pilot, flying F-16, T-38, and KC-135 aircraft. Steve also held the role of Program Manager for the USAF Europe, assisting with the planning and execution of strategic policies in Europe.

Additionally, Steve has held senior leadership positions at Hoversurf, Flex, and Symantec. As the CEO of Hoversurf, they oversaw the sale of the company and its technology to Kandi Corporation and Geely Automotive. Steve was the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CIO at Flex from 2011 to 2016, and prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director in the Office of the CFO and served as a Program and Change Management leader at Symantec from 2006 to 2011.
