Angela Kim, CFA

Angela Kim, CFA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Angela is currently working as a Product Manager at Luminary, where they focus on digitizing manual processes and increasing transparency in the delivery of trust and estate services. Prior to this, Angela worked at Slalom as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Financial Solutions & Analysis, contributing to strategy, technology, and business transformation projects. Angela also co-owned Seattle Self-Defense, a venture they started in 2017. Angela has a strong background in wealth management, having worked at Bernstein Private Wealth Management in roles such as Assistant Vice President, Associate Officer, and Senior Private Client Associate. Angela began their career at Litman Gregory as a Private Client Associate. Angela's experiences demonstrate their expertise in financial solutions, collaboration, and driving innovation.

Angela Kim, CFA, obtained their B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, Angela has pursued various certifications and accreditations throughout their career. Angela obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in September 2019. Angela also holds several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) and AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation, both obtained in February 2022. Angela is also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which they obtained in March 2022. Angela's additional certifications include Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2022, as well as Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA, obtained in February 2014. Furthermore, they hold the rank of 3rd Degree Blackbelt from Kukkiwon, which they achieved in September 2018.
