Monica Lai

Monica Lai has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Monica began their career as a Biostatistician at the University of Leicester in 2008. Monica then worked as a Health Economist at Liverpool Reviews and Implementation Group from 2010 to 2012. Monica then joined Citi as a Business Analyst from 2012 to 2013. After that, they worked at eBay Inc as a Senior Business Analyst, where they provided business insights and collaborated with cross-functional teams. In 2014, Monica joined HTC as a Mobile Application Product Manager and later became a Data Science Product Manager. Monica then moved to HTC Vive in 2017, where they worked as a VR Product Manager until 2020. Currently, Monica is a Principal Product Manager, focusing on payments, at Digital River, where they play a key role in product management.

Monica Lai completed their Bachelor's degree in Statistics at National Taipei University from 2003 to 2007. Monica then pursued a Master of Science degree in Medical Statistics at Lancaster University from 2007 to 2008.
