Aviv Avraham Alfital

Aviv Avraham Alfital is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in research and development within the software industry. Currently serving as Director of R&D at WithSecure since December 2020, Aviv manages multiple teams across Europe, focusing on defining KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders, and fostering developer growth. Prior to this role, Aviv held positions as Senior Manager and Senior Backend Developer at WithSecure, contributing to the Elements Collaboration Protection solution.
