Javiera Soto

Javiera Soto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Javiera began their career at Defence Australia as a Rehabilitation Case Manager, where they developed strong relationships and successfully coordinated the Australian Defence Force Rehabilitation Program. Javiera then moved on to Konekt as a Senior Consultant/Exercise Physiologist, excelling in time management and achieving financial and rehabilitation outcome targets. At The Sydney Children's Hospital Network, Javiera served as a Registered Nurse and represented the organization in various capacities, including speaking at information evenings and being featured in a newspaper article. Javiera returned to Konekt as a Managing Consultant and Local Area Manager, focusing on staff and customer satisfaction, relationship management, and partnership development. Javiera also worked at Pinnacle Rehab as a Business Development Manager before joining WithYouWithMe. At WithYouWithMe, they held several roles, including Head of Partnerships & Community, where they established and grew relationships with partners and the community to support ex-military veterans in technology roles. Most recently, Javiera served as the Regional Vice President and Country Manager APAC at WithYouWithMe, where they were responsible for expanding sales and customer verticals. Overall, Javiera's work experience demonstrates their ability to excel in both client-facing and leadership roles across multiple industries.

Javiera Soto holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Business, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Management from the same institute between 2015 and 2016. Javiera also holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Canberra, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Furthermore, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from James Cook University from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Javiera has an RN (B Nurs, BSpExSc) certification.
