Cécile Schebacher

Cécile Schebacher has extensive experience in urban planning and land management, currently serving as Instructeur des droits du sol et gestionnaire des ERP at Wittenheim since May 2020. Previous roles include Assistante chargée d’études at AURM (September 2018 - August 2019) and a stage in durable territory planning at the Direction Départementale des Territoires du Bas-Rhin (April 2016 - August 2016). Cécile also gained experience at the urbanism service of Mulhouse and completed an internship at AGE Géomètres Experts, focusing on topographic surveys and land divisions in 2014. Education includes multiple Master's degrees in urban planning and related fields from universities in Grenoble, Strasbourg, and Lyon, alongside a professional license in territory planning from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a technical diploma in geomatics.
