Manuela Gritschnik

Manuela Gritschnik has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Manuela currently works at the Witzenmann Group as a Finance Business Partner Mobility, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they were a Business Controller at the same company from September 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining the Witzenmann Group, Manuela worked at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems as a Controlling Analyst CBU Controlling from July 2016 to August 2019. Manuela was responsible for financial analysis and control in this role.

Manuela also gained experience at Heinrich Heine GmbH, where they worked as a Controller in the Category Management department from October 2013 to June 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Dentaurum GmbH & Co. KG in various positions. Manuela started as a Personnel Clerk in July 2009 before becoming a Junior Product Manager from October 2012 to September 2013. From October 2009 to September 2012, they were a Dual Student of Business Administration at DHBW Karlsruhe, specializing in the industry. Manuela also worked as an Assistant in Foreign Trade at Dentaurum GmbH & Co. KG from September 2007 until their role as a Personnel Clerk.

In their early career, Manuela worked at Jörg Hammer GmbH as a Commercial Assistant from July 2005 to August 2007.

Throughout their career, Manuela has gained experience in finance, controlling, category management, product management, and personnel administration.

Manuela Gritschnik obtained their Abitur (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) from Gymnasium Neuenbürg in 2005. After that, they attended Fritz-Erler-Schule Kaufmännisches Berufskolleg from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained the IHK Pforzheim degree in Außenhandelsassistentin. Subsequently, they enrolled at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Karlsruhe from 2009 to 2012. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Industrie.

Additionally, Manuela Gritschnik has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Controllers Diploma from CA Controller Akademie AG. In 2012, they obtained the Ausbilderschein AdA nach AVEO from IHK Karlsruhe. Furthermore, in 2011, they earned the Business English Certificate - Higher (Level C1) from Cambridge Assessment English.
