Dawn Chen

Dawn Chen is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an Associate Recruiting Manager at Wiwynn since July 2022. Previously, Dawn held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at LITEON Technology in Mexico, where support was provided to the Electronic Vehicle business unit through data-driven HR strategies. Dawn's extensive background includes over a decade at Transcend Information, Inc., progressing from HR Recruiter to HR Manager, overseeing recruitment efforts and conducting a significant number of interviews annually. Prior roles in various divisions, including procurement and product management, reflect a diverse skill set and ability to analyze market needs. Dawn's career began at Greencom as a salesperson, focusing on the development of new foreign customers. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy from National Chengchi University.
