Alice Quoy

Alice Quoy is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer care, community management, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Care Expert at Wix.com since September 2020, Alice specializes in enhancing the online presence of Wix users and training new employees. Previously, at The Collective, Alice held roles as Community Host and Hub Host, overseeing a community of over 500 residents, curating events, and handling various aspects of member engagement and satisfaction. Alice has also contributed to marketing efforts at Ecovia Intelligence and has held positions focusing on purchasing, invoicing, and community management in several organizations. Alice holds a Master’s degree in International Business Relationships and a Bachelor’s in Foreign Languages Applied to International Trade from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
