Gabriel Tanko

Gabriel Tanko has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Gabriel is currently working as an Illustrator at Wizards of the Coast, where they create illustrations for Magic the Gathering. Prior to this, from 2017 onwards, Gabriel worked at Rikodu as the Lead 2D Artist & Game Developer. Before that, from 2013 to 2017, they worked as a 2D Game Artist at Gameloft. In 2012, Gabriel was a Graphic Designer at Handsome: advertising and web, and from 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Graphic Designer / Illustrator at Inkfusion.

Gabriel Tanko began their education in 2010 at the Universitatea "Aurel Vlaicu" din Arad, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Gabriel completed their studies in this field in 2013. In 2012, Gabriel also took part in the Erasmus Student program at Escola Superior de Educação de Coimbra, specializing in Arts & Design, specifically Graphic Design. This program lasted for one year, ending in the same year it started.
