Hayden G. has a diverse work experience, starting as a Bakery Sales Associate at Safeway in 2018. From there, they moved on to Brigham Young University - Hawaii, where they worked as a First Aid Assistant, ensuring safety standards on campus and assisting with COVID-19 preparations. Hayden then took on the role of Business Consultant - Report Manager at the same institution, where they provided marketing strategies and managed social media platforms.

In 2020, Hayden worked as a Rotational Intern at both Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. In these roles, they were involved in launching a new food and beverage room service department, analyzing Instagram content, and assisting with daily content creation and email marketing.

In 2021, Hayden joined Fidelity Investments as a Customer Relationship Advocate, where they built customer relationships and provided support. Currently, Hayden is working at Wizards of the Coast as a WPN Global Account Services Representative.

Throughout their career, Hayden has gained experience in customer service, marketing, social media management, and project coordination.

Hayden G. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, completing the program from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Green River College from 2015 to 2017 and earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Hayden G. also graduated from Tahoma Senior High School and obtained a High School Diploma between 2013 and 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Hayden G. received several qualifications. In September 2021, they obtained the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification, Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, and Series 7 – General Securities Representative Exam from FINRA. They also completed the "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" certification from Google in July 2022. Additionally, Hayden G. acquired a STEDI SubDiploma from STEDI.org in January 2021. In the hotel industry, they obtained a Certification of Excellence from Cvent in September 2019, a Certificate of Achievement from Virtual Business Professional in April 2019, and a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in April 2019.
