Kenji Yamaguchi

Kenji Yamaguchi's work experience begins in January 2005 at Volt Technical Resources, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter, primarily focusing on hiring temporary employees for Microsoft. In April 2006, they joined Bridge Consulting Group as a Recruiter before moving on to Microsoft in April 2007, where they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for over 12 years.

Yamaguchi transitioned to Wizards of the Coast in June 2019, assuming the role of Director, Talent Acquisition. In this position, they defined the Talent Acquisition strategy and led the recruiting team globally. Kenji conducted a listening tour with senior leadership to understand priorities and established an inclusive hiring strategy based on an Equity-first model.
