Ula Dzenisevich has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer for Wizart and the Business Development Manager for Exposit. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Research Officer for the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, where they were responsible for planning, coordination, fund-raising, legal and policy research, preparing submissions, press releases, media articles, fact-finding, investigation, budgetary planning, and liaising with partners and law enforcement agencies in East Africa. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Founding Member and Contributing Editor for Beyond the EU. In 2012, they interned for the Belarusian Human Rights House in Exile.
Ula Dzenisevich has an extensive education history. Ula obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the European Humanities University in 2008-2012, focusing on International and European Law. Ula then completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in European Studies (European Politics and International Relations) at Maastricht University in 2012-2013. Ula concluded their educational journey with a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick in 2013-2014.
