Ula Dzenisevich has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer for Wizart and the Business Development Manager for Exposit. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Research Officer for the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, where they were responsible for planning, coordination, fund-raising, legal and policy research, preparing submissions, press releases, media articles, fact-finding, investigation, budgetary planning, and liaising with partners and law enforcement agencies in East Africa.
