Noga Raz

Noga Raz has a diverse work experience, having held various roles since 2011. In 2011, they participated in the LEAD- Youth Leadership Development Program. From 2012 to 2016, they served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Military Social Worker, and then worked as Head of Ness Ziyona Branch for the Perach - Tutorial Project, where they managed the work of 40 instructors and maintained relations with school programs and education professionals in the area. In 2013, they also held the role of Branch Manager at Ore to Excellence, where they managed activities of 30 volunteer instructors and handled itinerary, budget, and logistics. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Social Instructor (volunteer) at Sheba - Tel Ha SHomer Hospital. Currently, they are a Junior Product Manager at Wizdome.

Noga Raz began their educational journey in 2012 when they attended the Ein Prat - Preparatory Program for Excellence. Later that same year, they participated in the Seeds of Peace Educator Program in the US. Noga then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2015 to 2018. In 2021, they began a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) which they are currently still pursuing.
