Erin Flanagan Griffault

Erin Flanagan Griffault is the Head of People Operations at WizeHire. Erin has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, including stints as a consultant, VP, and HR manager.

Erin began their career at Fidessa in 2004, where they served as VP of HR for over eleven years. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's human resources function, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and benefits.

In 2015, Erin left Fidessa to start their own consultancy, Flanagan Group. Erin provided HR guidance and support to clients in a variety of industries for a year before joining Blackfynn as VP of Talent and Operations in 2016. At Blackfynn, Erin oversaw all aspects of the company's talent acquisition and human resources functions.

In 2019, Erin left Blackfynn to return to their consultancy business. Erin consulted with clients on strategic HR initiatives for a year before joining WizeHire as Head of People Operations in 2020. In this role, Erin is responsible for leading the company's efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Erin Flanagan Griffault has a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified from in SPHR.
