Jay Niblick

Jay Niblick is a Co-Founder of WizeHire and Founder/CEO of Innermetrix Incorporated. Before starting these companies, Jay worked as a Surgical sales consultant at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in their career, Jay served as a Corpsman in the US Navy. Jay holds a Doctor of Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University, a Masters of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Tusculum University. Additionally, Jay completed post-grad studies in Leadership Executive Coaching at Brown University.
