Jay Niblick

Jay Niblick is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Officer at WizeHire. Jay has over three years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, most recently at Kokosing, Inc. where they were tasked with building the department from the ground up.

At Kokosing, Jay developed, implemented and trained leadership in an efficient Recruiting Process Workflow. Jay also hired, trained, developed and managed a staff capable of successfully filling 300+ requisitions per year. Jay also oversaw the company's social media platform and future direction in regards to Recruiting.

Under Jay's leadership, the college recruiting program for Kokosing's co-op/internship program grew to include 57+ Universities across 10 states.

Jay Niblick's educational career includes a field in Business Administration from Morehead State University.
