Deborah Switzen

Deborah Switzen has a comprehensive work experience starting from 1998. Deborah began their career at Pratt & Whitney as a Finance Analyst, where they worked in various areas such as Manufacturing Planning & Analysis and Large Commercial Engine Contract Administration. In 2000, they moved to United Technologies as an Internal Auditor before joining Diageo in 2002.

During their time at Diageo, Deborah held multiple roles, including Director of Revenue Management, Finance Director of the East Control Division, and Director of Financial Planning and Reporting. Deborah was responsible for standardizing processes, improving communications, and establishing connections between teams to support sales and revenue management.

In 2014, Deborah joined Breakthru Beverage Group as the Director of Finance and M&E. Deborah oversaw reporting and analysis of $1.2 billion in annual revenue, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing solutions. Deborah was also tasked with establishing and managing commercial finance and revenue management processes for nine markets.

Most recently, Deborah Switzen joined Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits as the Commercial Finance Director in 2021.

Deborah Switzen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Connecticut School of Business, where they enrolled from 1994 to 1998. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the University of Miami from 2006 to 2007.
