Susan Kilgore has over 25 years of experience in brand development and marketing in the spirits and consumer goods industries.

Susan started their career at Fort James, James River Corporation, where they worked as an Associate Product Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed the towel, tissue, and napkin business, and implemented packaging refresh and SKU rationalization.

Following that, Susan joined Pilot Pen Corporation of America as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the ballpoint pen and highlighter categories. Susan drove growth through innovation and targeted a younger demographic, resulting in $9 million in incremental sales.

Susan then moved on to Allied Domecq Spirits, USA, where they held various roles, including Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director. In these positions, they led the marketing strategy for brands such as Canadian Club Whisky, Beefeater Gin, Stolichnaya Vodka, Kuya Fusion Rum, and Malibu Caribbean Rum. Susan successfully formulated new marketing programs, launched new products, and managed multiple agencies.

Susan later joined Pernod Ricard as a Brand Director, where they worked on brands such as Champagnes, Kahlua, and Stolichnaya Vodka. Susan formulated brand strategies and directed various marketing initiatives, including advertising, media, events, sponsorships, and PR.

Most recently, Susan worked at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits as the Vice President of Spirits Brand Development. Susan was a member of the executive and core strategy teams, responsible for accelerating the growth of the spirits portfolio through brand development and acquisitions. Susan recruited and managed a team of marketing and sales professionals, and successfully drove portfolio results and enhanced operational leverage.

Throughout their career, Susan has consistently achieved impressive results, including significant revenue and profit growth for the brands they have worked on. Their expertise in brand development, marketing strategy, and team management make their a valuable asset in the industry.
