Ray Hollister

Ray Hollister serves as the Executive Director at JaxPlays since January 2020, focusing on creating a comprehensive digital platform to support the live theatre community in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Additionally, Ray is a Theatre Critic for JaxPlays, Inc., exploring the live theatre scene in Jacksonville. Concurrently, Ray has held the position of Director of Digital Media at WJCT Public Media since July 2018, overseeing all digital initiatives and producing engaging content, including live streaming events. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager at Bold City IT, Host & Producer at Deemable Tech, and various positions at WJCT Public Media, the Internal Revenue Service, and Downtown Vision, Inc. Educational background includes attendance at Florida State College at Jacksonville and Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.
