Edgar Arceo

Edgar Arceo is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and employee support. Currently serving as the Human Resources Supervisor and Corporate Recruiting Manager at West Liberty Foods since September 2015, Edgar leads strategic recruiting initiatives and oversees a team dedicated to best-in-class recruitment efforts across multiple locations. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiting Supervisor, Corporate Recruiter, Onboarding Specialist, and Human Resources Coordinator, allowing for extensive collaboration across departments and successful hiring of a diverse range of positions. Prior to this role, Edgar spent six years as the Student Advisory Center Director at the Iowa City Community School District, focusing on counseling and support for at-risk youth.
