Kathy Hulbert

Kathy Hulbert currently serves as Underwriting Counsel at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company since July 2022 and has been a Co-Owner of Camp Bow Wow Southport since February 2018, where individualized pet care services are provided. Prior experience includes the role of VP, Midwest for Verus Title, Inc. from September 2021 to June 2022, and various positions at Doma, including Agency Education Instructor and Indiana State Agency Manager from November 2017 to September 2021. Kathy also held the position of Executive Director at the Indiana Land Title Association from December 2009 to October 2017 and served as Managing Attorney in the Title Division of the Indiana Department of Insurance from November 2006 to December 2009. Additionally, Kathy was a Supervising Attorney at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General from March 2003 to November 2006. Kathy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Centre College.
