Andrew Byers

Andrew Byers is an experienced asset manager with a strong background in financial analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as Asset Manager at WNC & Associates since February 2019, Andrew previously held the position of Fund Asset Manager at Alden Torch Financial, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of eighty Low-Income Housing Tax Credit assets valued at over five hundred million in limited partner equity. Andrew's earlier experience includes roles in hospitality and recreation management, leading teams to deliver exceptional service, and coordinating volunteering efforts with organizations like the Boy Scouts of America. A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Andrew holds a degree in Business Economics and Public Policy Analysis.
