By partnering with senior leaders and teams, and working across diverse cultures and industry segments, Tamisha has experience in global talent acquisition and retention strategies, change management, workforce planning and design, human capital and organization effectiveness, learning and collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and talent and performance management. Tamisha has been a trusted advisor assisting clients with properly setting priorities and resources to align strategic business initiatives with broader talent management capabilities.

Tamisha is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. as well as Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at the Abyssinian Baptist Church and Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of Westchester.

Tamisha holds a master’s degree from Mercy College and is a proud graduate of the distinguished Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, where she studied Broadcast Journalism.
