Narendran Thillaisthanam

Narendran Thillaisthanam currently serves as the Head of Tech Strategy & Research at WNS since September 2025. Previously, Narendran held several leadership roles at Vuram, including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for Emerging Technologies and RPA Strategy and Delivery, from October 2018 to September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise Data Management and Business Intelligence at Altisource Labs, Group Product Manager at Altisource, and Associate Vice President at Photon Infotech, where Narendran managed incubation of various technology initiatives. Additional roles encompass Principal Sales Engineer at Pegasystems, Principal Software Engineer at Sycamore Networks, and Senior Software Engineer at Novell. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in AI and Gen.AI for Business Leaders from Carnegie Mellon University, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and a Master of Software Engineering from Brandeis University, alongside other degrees in management and computer science.
