Yogesh Patil

Yogesh Patil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, project management, and strategic transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at WNS since October 2023, Yogesh previously held the role of Senior Manager for Operational Excellence and Reporting at Aeries from August 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included governing strategic initiatives and managing reporting to senior leadership. Prior to this, Yogesh spent nearly a decade at HERE Technologies as a Governance Project Manager and Senior Transition Specialist, leading complex projects and managing transitions. Earlier experience includes managing outsourced HR operations as an Operations Manager at Aon Hewitt. Yogesh holds an MBA in Business Administration from The ICFAI University and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
