Patrick Taaffe has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Patrick started their career as a Development Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline in 1993. Patrick then interned in Anti-infectives Marketing at GlaxoSmithKline in 1994. In 1995, they joined Datamonitor as a Senior Consultant in the Healthcare practice, where they started and led the US healthcare consulting team. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at McKinsey & Co, initially as a Research Specialist in the Pharmaceutical & Medical Products Practice, conducting due diligence and market research. Subsequently, they became a Knowledge Specialist in the Pharmaceutical Commercial Practice, focusing on pharmaceutical marketing, sales, and market access. Since 2011, Patrick Taaffe has been working at Wockhardt USA as the Head of Market Research and Planning.
